To be user of Green Tech Communications & Networks services, which covers design works, development works, and deployments either in technology, website, mobile application computer software, animations, domain name registration services, hosting, content writing, and graphic design, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. Cancellation and refund
• All deposits and fees paid will not be refund once Green Tech Communications & Networks issues out project brief or 30 days from the date of payment deposit. Refund processed will attract 45% management fees, contact our management team to obtain the cancellation form.
• Once the project description is submitted to Green Tech Communications & Networks, all project costs advance deposits will be paid on time. Cancellation will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.
• Product purchased directly from Green Tech Communications & Networks website are not refundable.
• If the customer violates the terms and conditions of Green Tech Communications & Networks, the service will be cancelled immediately without refund.
General
• Green Tech Communications & Networks reserves the right to refuse service and/or access its products and servers to anyone.
• Green Tech Communications & Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer's access to all or part of the services provided by Green Tech Communications & Networks if abused or inappropriately used.
• Personal accounts can only be used by the account holder. Personal account holders are not allowed to sell, resell, store or provide Green Tech Communications & Networks services to third parties.
• Illegal materials, including copyrighted works, audio files, videos or commercial music, and any material that violates federal, state or local laws or regulations anywhere in the world are not allowed / accepted. Customers are responsible for the materials quality and legal status they provide to Green Technology Communications and Networks.
• Adult material, including pornography, pornographic pictures or any form of pornographic or obscene content. The meaning of "mature content" is completely determined by Green Technology Communications and Networks.
• The customer agrees to have the knowledge required to maintain the site. The customer agrees that Green Tech Communications & Networks is not responsible for providing such knowledge or support to customers outside of specific Green Network communication and technical services. Green Tech Communications & Networks will not be able to control the content of the information transmitted through the network.
Website and mobile application design, development and support
• You will receive two design concepts and a small amount of changes for each concept via email based on the project description provided. You can request to change some concepts until the design meets your requirements, this is subject to 3-5x review.
• All websites and databases will be returned to the customer blank, and the customer is responsible for providing copies, products and/or images, etc.
• Each paid customer gets free support for one (1) year for the design and functionality developed by Green Tech Communications & Networks to help update your projects. Green Tech Communications & Networks will provide a one-hour service support service by phone or email from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm WAT (West Africa Time). This service is provided to guide you to obtain information to solve the problem.
• Green Tech Communications & Networks are self-managed, and is not responsible for copying, editing or updating your website. Unless a contract is signed, Green Tech Communications & Networks has no commitment to perform any work or updates on project after completion and deployment.
• Standard bandwidth and disk space are allocated for each website account, additional usage will incur additional costs. Green Tech Communications & Networks will monitor your usage. If Green Tech Communications & Networks anticipates that your website may require more bandwidth/disk space, your allocation will increase. Check the allowances and prices on the website. When additional bandwidth/disk space is purchased, activation of the website space will be provided because the website needs it to reach the purchased amount. When the Green Tech Communications & Networks monitors website bandwidth usage, Green Tech Network and Communication is not responsible for offline websites because the bandwidth or disk space is exceeded.
Graphic Design
• Customers will receive two (2) logo design concepts via email based on simple design. Customers can request a reasonable number of changes to the selected concept until the design meets their expectations, which normally takes about 2-3 change cycles.
• After the design is completed, customer will receive the final logo design file via email.
• Any subsequent amendments after final design can be mentioned and will be invoiced.
• All design works remains are owned by the customer.
• Green Tech Communications & Networks provide illustrations and design works in the documents, ready for printing. The customer is responsible for verifying all copies contact information, details and etc. Green Tech Communications & Networks or the designer will not be held legally or otherwise liable for any errors not found in the approved artwork. This includes, but is not limited to: spelling, grammar, colour issues, typos or omissions that may not have been encountered before printing.
Domain registration
Green Tech Communications & Networks does not guarantee that the requested domain name exists or can be registered. Therefore, you cannot take any action on the requested domain name until you are notified that the requested domain name has been registered.
Green Tech Communications & Networks works with third-party hosting companies to provide hosting services to your projects. By accepting this term and conditions, you as well accept the terms and condition, privacy policy and other terms of use of the third-party companies we work with.

Tax
According to the sales made by customers using Green Tech Communications & Networks services or our third-party hosting servers, Green Tech Communications & Networks do not bear any taxes. The customer agrees to be fully responsible for all taxes and fees related to the products sold.
Disclaimer
• Under no any circumstances or legal whatsoever is Green Tech Communications & Networks and its parent company, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents are liable for any loss.
• Green Tech Communications & Networks does not make any express or implied guarantees or statements for the services it provides. Green Tech Communications & Networks also denies any guarantees of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, and is not responsible for any losses that customers may suffer (including data loss due to delays, non-delivery or delivery) due to any reason or customer error or negligence, service interruption and others.
• The risk of using any information obtained through the Green Tech Communications & Networks is borne by the customer, and Green Tech Communications & Networks clearly does not bear the responsibility for the accuracy or quality of the information. Obtained through their services.
• Green Tech Communications & Networks strictly limit your damage to customers during any unreachable hours or other downtime. If the system is unavailable, a monthly fee will be charged. Material Trademark and Copyright
The customer agrees to provide information that are not trademarked or copyright owned by others. And that when such notice is brought to use, we reserve the right to suspend customer account or production until the material ownership is clarified.
Customers can only use Green Tech Communications & Networks server for legitimate purposes. The transmission of materials that violate federal, state, or local laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, material deemed to be legally threatening or obscene, pornographic, indecent material, or material protected by trade secrets. This also includes links or material links
Hardware, equipment and software
The customer is responsible and must provide all equipment, services, telephones, computers, hardware and software needed to access Green Tech Communications & Networks websites and servers. Green Tech Communications & Networks makes no representations, warranties or guarantees that the customer's equipment will be compatible with the services.
Limited Liability
• The customer expressly agrees that the use of the website and the Green Tech Communications & Networks services shall be borne by the customer at the risk and expense. Green Tech Communications & Networks, as well as employees, employees, agents, third-party information providers, merchants, licensors, or others, ensure that Green Tech Communications & Networks services will not be interfered or exempt from errors. ; They also do not guarantee that the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or commodity contained in or provided by the service or through Green Tech Communications & Networks and servers can obtain results, unless otherwise specified in this agreement or in the project work scope.
• In all cases, including negligence, Green Tech Communications & Networks, its officials, agents or other personnel involved in the creation, production or distribution of Green Tech Communications & Networks services will be responsible for direct and indirect, incidental, special or influential damage due to the use or inability to use the services of Green Tech Communications & Networks; or due to errors, omissions, interruptions, file deletions, errors, defects, operation or transmission delays or performance failures, whether or not limited to the following acts of God, communication failure, stolen or destroyed or unauthorized access to Green Tech Communications & Networks and technical records, programs or services. The customer hereby confirms that this paragraph will apply to all content on Green Tech Communications & Networks and web servers.
• Despite the above provisions, the customer's exclusive compensation for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether contractual, infringing, including negligence or other forms, will not exceed the customer's paid amount in NGN or US dollars. The customer shall be responsible to pay reasonable legal fees and court fees.
Indemnification
The customer agrees that it will defend, indemnify, maintain and retain harmlessness to Green Tech Communications & Networks against all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney fees ("liabilities") against them. Green Tech Communications & Networks, its agents, customers, officials and managers are not held responsible for the services provided or implemented or any products that have been agreed to be implemented or sold by the customers, agents, employees or benefits people. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and retain harmlessness to Green Tech Communications & Networks against liabilities arising out of
1. Any harm to people or property caused by any products sold or distributed related to Green Tech Communications & Networks servers
2. Any material provided by the customer that infringes or allegedly violates the rights of third parties. Or copyright infringement
3. Any defective products sold by customers through Green Tech Communications & Networks servers. Governing laws
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in all aspects. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Nigeria.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
